Service delivery policy

This applies to professional technology services: Network Engineering, Software Architecture, Web Design & UX Design and App Design. It does not apply to ATA subscription codes.

Estimates and scope

Published prices are estimates. After payment of a starter package or acceptance of a quote, we confirm the final scope, deliverables and timeline with you in writing before work starts.

Delivery

Work is delivered online — through video calls, shared documents and handover files — unless on-site work is agreed in writing.

Changes

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only started with your approval.

Cancellation

If you cancel before work starts, you receive a full refund. If work has started, completed work is charged and the balance refunded. See the refund policy.
