If your code is not delivered after a confirmed payment, contact support and we will deliver it or refund you in full.

Subscription codes — service problems

If the access doesn't work as described, contact support. We will try to fix it or provide a replacement; if we can't, we will refund you.

Professional services

Full refund if you cancel before work starts; if work has started, completed work is charged and the balance refunded. See the service delivery policy.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
