We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

Your name and email address, phone number (if given), quote details you send us, order reference, chosen plan or service, amount and the payment provider's reference. We never see or store your card details — those are handled by the payment provider.

Why

To process your payment, deliver your subscription code or professional service, reply to quote requests and handle support or refund requests.

Sharing

Payment details are shared with the payment provider, and — for subscription code orders only — order confirmation with the ElephTV service that issues your access. Service orders are never shared with ElephTV.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or complain to the Information Regulator. Contact us using the details on the contact page.
